I have worked with a number of clients with a variety of health challenges and every time we find the resources and solutions we apply get great results. As long as you are open minded and WANT the Vitality+K Lifestyle Formula to work for you, it will.
I do specialise in working with clients with digestive disorders as this in an area I have immense knowledge of and can get the best results for. Having said that, I have occasionally worked with clients with different challenges, when the individual has been particularly keen and/or simply not willing to take no for an answer! Most illnesses do stem from internal inflammation and toxicity so once we work on these area you will find that you will see improvements.
Am I going to have time to do all this?
Yes! One of the first things we look at is a total lifestyle assessment to ensure that you will not be “overwhelmed” by the steps I’m asking you to take in the formula. I have worked with people running fulltime businesses as well as raising 3 children singlehandedly whilst also studying for qualifications. We always make the time to not only complete this process but to have fun whilst doing it!
What makes you different from other Health and Wellness and Lifestyle coaches out there?
If you take a look at my story on the about page you’ll get a good idea how a set of unfortunate events led to me being forced into a situation where I had no choice but to step up and immerse myself in an intensive learning process. Using what I learnt, I have now worked directly with many clients to pass on my expertise and see them take control and responsibility for their health and make the necessary lifestyle changes quicker than they ever could on their own.
I ONLY coach clients on how to take control of their health inside and out and I am solely dedicated to my client’s success, nothing else. I don’t force clients into a blueprint that may not suit them just because it worked for someone else. As a result my clients receive laser-focused, specific coaching on how to get their own unique health challenges solved, loving the process and feeling empowered to work towards optimal health.
You talk a lot about ‘mindset’ but I really don’t need that mumbo jumbo stuff I just want to get to the nutrition bit – can we skip that section?
No. The formula is designed to stack layer upon layer of learning and must be followed in the correct order. I understand some of the mindset stuff is sometimes challenging but it is the most crucial part of the entire formula. If your mindset isn’t correct (and we can make sure it is with a few simple exercises) then we can change your diet, you can eat 100% healthy for you and you still won’t get the results that you want. No sections can be skipped if you want to experience the best results possible
What type of person do I have to be to make this work for me?
You just need to have the desire to make a change in your life and to take 100%responsibility on a consistent basis. You can be suffering from lack of energy, a short term health problem, early in your diagnosis or from a longer term health problem having tried everything in the book to improve your health, it doesn’t matter. If you haven’t yet taken one of my courses or programs you have not experienced what you need to do to work towards optimal health and vitality.
You definitely need to not be a sceptic. I make it a priority NOT to work with people who are looking for a reason why they won’t succeed. If all you are worried about is can you get your money back if it doesn’t work for you, then this is not the right place for you to be. (I do have a money back guarantee but it’s for people who WANT this program to work for them and need incentive to go ahead and start, NOT for sceptics or whiners).
And you need to believe in me. If you don’t think I’m the right person for the job and are going into this half-hearted with a “well I can always quit if Kerry’s not up to the job” then I’d like to very politely ask you not to join any of my programs. I like to spend my time encouraging high achievers who are prepared to make the necessary changes to have optimal health, not convincing energy vampires that they should stay on my program.
For what type of person is this program NOT going to work?
As above, this won’t work for sceptics and whiners. We won’t enjoy working together and I really don’t want to waste your time and money.
It also won’t work for people who want a quick fix and believe that taking medication is the only way to improve their healthy (even if they see no health improvements) and are not willing to listen or change. You have to be able to put your trust in me and follow instructions even if they sometimes may feel counterintuitive.
Will I get information on how to deal with any health condition?
Yes and no. The Vitality+K Lifestyle Formula works on you getting the basics mastered first. There is no point running before you can walk.
Once you have mastered the basics then of course, we can look at incorporating strategies to support any health condition. Often times though you’d be surprised at what changes you don’t need to make when you have got the basics right and are doing them consistently.

1/ Set Your Mindset For Success! – One of the most important things we have to do to get you on track is actually make sure you are ready for it! So many clients have come to me saying they don’t understand why they can’t improve their health, that they always have some symptom, and they can’t understand why it’s taking so long for things to improve. But when I ask them how they define optimal health, how they define happiness and what vitality means they answer blankly “I don’t know”.
Over my years of improving my own health coaching others too improve theirs, I have designed a system to get your mindset super clear around EXACTLY what you are trying to achieve in order to achieve Optimal Health and then how to keep you focused and on track. This is the key foundation to your success, without it you will fail.
2/ Making Time to Get Healthy – Nearly every client I work with says to me they want to be healthy but don’t have time, when I ask them what they spend most of their leisure time on they say TV, facebook etc.
I always point out “Where’s the time to for food preparation and planning healthy meals?” And they nearly always say “Kerry, I don’t have time right now for that. I’m barely finding enough time to do the things I have to do. If I take time out for food preparation etc I may miss my socialising time or my favourite TV programmes”
I know it may not seem possible now but by following my 7 simple steps you WILL find the time to make food preparation your priority and still have time to enjoy your family and friends.
3/ Get to Know Your Triggers – I’m asking you to be specific about what you eat and associate that with your symptoms. What you eat directly affects your health. The natural reaction here is to say “Well I’m not keeping a food diary, its too complicated and won’t help me anyway”. It’s absolutely natural to feel this way as it feels like the exact opposite of what you should be doing. Surely if you want to identify what is causing your symptoms you need to know what it is?

How quickly can I expect results?
This depends on lots of things. How long you’ve been ill, what illness you suffer from, how much effort and time you put in and how much you believe in yourself and in the program. Because I know exactly what is going to happen, every time.
I give them a call in a few months time to see how they’re going and every single time this is their situation:
– They’ve not implemented ANY of the stuff they learnt elsewhere and said they were going to – They’re still in exactly the same position in their health (and sometimes even worse off) – They’re feeling even more down on themselves and disillusioned and somehow feel it’s all their fault.
You know why?
